Safari Outpost Biltong Dip
Perfect for the rugby game, a braai side, appetizer and more!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup tangy sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Safari Outpost biltong, finely chopped (extra for garnish)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp peri-peri spice (optional, for a bit of heat)
- 1 tbsp fresh spring onions or chives, chopped
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, blend the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped biltong, onion, and peri-peri spice (for a touch of heat).
- Mix in the spring onions or chives, add a squeeze of lemon, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the best flavor.
