Our sosaties consists of marinated and smaller cuts of skewered meat (chicken, lamb, pork or beef) interspersed with a vibrant array of ingredients such as dried apricots, onions, and bell peppers, all bathed in a distinctive marinade that balances sweetness with a hint of spicy warmth.

Our lamb is sourced from Dorper cross sheep, a breed with deep roots in South Africa and a reputation for producing some of the most flavourful lamb you will ever taste.
Dorper cross lamb is naturally tender, finely grained, and noticeably milder than the commodity lamb you find in most Canadian supermarkets. Less gamey, more flavourful, and genuinely delicious whether you are braaiing chops over the coals, slow-cooking a shank in a potjie, or roasting a whole leg for the family.
