Our lamb is sourced from Dorper cross sheep, a breed with deep roots in South Africa and a reputation for producing some of the most flavourful lamb you will ever taste.
Dorper cross lamb is naturally tender, finely grained, and noticeably milder than the commodity lamb you find in most Canadian supermarkets.
