South African Vetkoek

Curried mince vetkoek: a fluffy, fried dough round split and filled with rich, spiced curry mince, made fresh in our kitchen.

Plain vetkoek: golden brown and doughnut like, crisp on the outside and soft and pillowy inside. Eat it on its own, or the traditional way with butter, apricot jam and cheese.
