The rooibos and green rooibos blends are naturally caffeine-free, since rooibos contains no caffeine. The black chai is blended with Assam and African tea leaves and does contain caffeine.
Warm your cup or pot first, then let the bag steep for a full five minutes so the spices have time to develop. Add milk and a sweetener of your choice to bring the flavours forward, or try the rooibos blends with a little honey and no milk.
